In section 1.4, the paragraph describing Clause 2 looks as follows
(I hope the bold shows up on the reflector):

Clause 2 -- This clause describes the lexical tokens used in Verilog HDL
source text and their conventions.:This clause describes how to specify
and interpret the lexical tokens.

The clause name is missing, the first sentence should be after the colon
and not bold. The next sentence should start "It describes" instead of
"This clause describes".

Fix: Change to: "Clause 2 -- Lexical conventions: This clause describes
the lexical tokens used in Verilog HDL source text and their
conventions. It describes how to specify and interpret the lexical
tokens."
