| Description |
The terms "signed" and "unisgned" are used inconsistently, causing confusion, even among us. For example, 2.5.1 says, "Simple decimal numbers without the size and the base format shall be treated as signed integers". Yet we also refer to these same "simple decimal numbers" as "unsigned numbers". We may need to invent an additional term in order to distinguish between different concepts. |
