Description
Table 40 "UDP table symbols" says for X, in the Comments
field:

"Permitted in the input fields of all UDPs and in the
current state field of sequential UDPs. "

This implies that it is not allowed as an output.

However, it is, as specifically stated in 8.1.4.

The comment should be deleted or at least modified.

Fix
Section 8.0 fifth paragraph is even clearer on allowing X. It states:
"Each UDP has exactly one output, which can be in one of three states; 0, 1 or x."

Change the comment on line 3 in Table 40 to read:
Permitted in the input and output fields of all UDPs and in the current state field of sequential UDPs.
