In Note 3, "it shall not be returned" would be better stated as "they shall not be returned", or, even better, "those events shall not be returned". |

In 26.6.40, Note 3, CHANGE If any events after read only sync remain in the current time queue, then it shall not be returned as part of the iteration. TO The current time queue shall only be returned as part of the iteration if there are events that precede read only sync. |
