The descriptions of net and variable initializations should be organized in the same way. 3.2.1 is "Net declarations" and does not include information on net initialization values. 3.2.2 is "Variable declarations" and does describe the initialization values of variables. 3.6 is "Net initialization" and describes default init values for nets. Either 3.6 should be folded into 3.2.1, or the init information in 3.2.2 should be moved to 3.6, which should then be renamed "Net and variable initialization". |
