Description
3.1 says,
"Almost all of the data types in the Verilog HDL store all four basic values.
The exception is the event type (see 9.7.3), which has no storage.
All bits of vectors can be independently set to one of the four basic values."

Real and realtime variables are also exceptions, in that they do not
contain x or z.

In 3.1, CHANGE
