Description
It occurred to me that it might be useful to be able to create
concatenations with internal loops to create some sequence
e.g.,

{ a[0], a[1], a[2], ...} where a is an array.

I remember that when creating gate-level equivalents of some rtl signal,
we would often have to do such things.
