Section 18.4.3.2 is very poorly worded and results in an output that is not useful. Specifically, this section lumps strengths into 2 ranges. I do not see any reason why this was done or why it would be useful to do this. Even worse, the ranges put 'pull' (5) together with 'strong' (6). Since it is common to put pullups onto busses, this makes it impossible to use $dumpports as a bus contention type of check. Also, on the next to last line there is a typo. 5 is 'pull', not 'large'. |
