Bit selects of specparams?

ATF and BTF,

An ATF enhancement makes it possible to declare specparams at the module
level. Does this also enable bit and part selects of specparams, as can be
done with parameters? The PLI task force is hoping that the answer is
"NO", that specparams can only be accessed as a complete value.

If anyone expects bit selects and part selects of specparams to be
possible, please respond to this query ASAP, and justify why it is needed.
Otherwise, the PLI will not support this capability.
